Tailored Training

Do you have training programs for the emerging leaders within your organization?

Do your future leaders have the skills to negotiate the challenges of the 21st century workforce?

Do you want training developed to meet your goals as well as the ever-changing global marketplace?

The Institute for Professional Development collaborates with a business’s leadership to develop strategically planned training programs addressing the key priorities, future growth and planned outcomes specifically tailored to their organizational culture.

Here’s how it works.

  1. Begin with an assessment to determine leadership style, organizational culture, innovative status, organization performance and industry standards.
  2. The Institute in partnership with ReVisions gathers the results and develops a comprehensive Analysis Report that is presented to business management and leaders.
  3. Based on the Analysis Report, the Institute collaborates with the business’s leadership to develop customized content that is strategically aligned with pre-determined outcomes and objectives.

In addition to meeting the organizational needs, all Institute tailored programs draw from currentnresearch, content, case studies and practical real-world activities in the areas of:

  • Leadership,
  • Multigenerational Workforce,
  • Innovative Organizational Culture and
  • Teams in a Virtual World.

Programs may include content in one area or all depending on the individual needs of an organization are delivered through a combination of face-to-face, online and virtual sessions.

Whether your business is seeking mini-workshops or certificate programs, the Institute for Professional Development can bring this training directly to your employees.
